In the age of conservation and preservation, the Frederick County, Virginia Board of Supervisors wants to down-zone our Rural Agricultural (RA) land into 10-acre parcels... 

THE RESULTS?
 
  • Diminishing rural land values, virtually robbing all property owners of their investment, retirement, health care funds, and more.
     
  • Destroying farms operated by 3rd and 4th generations, thus erasing centuries of local history and heritage.
     
  • Sprawling overgrown, unmanageable 10-acre lots throughout our County... ruining our open space and rural countryside.

There are better options for Frederick County...
