In the age of conservation and
preservation, the Frederick County, Virginia Board of
Supervisors wants to down-zone our Rural Agricultural (RA) land
into 10-acre parcels...
THE RESULTS?
- Diminishing rural land
values, virtually robbing all property owners of their
investment, retirement, health care funds, and more.
- Destroying farms
operated by 3rd and 4th generations, thus erasing
centuries of local history and heritage.
- Sprawling
overgrown, unmanageable 10-acre lots throughout our
County... ruining our open space and rural countryside.
There are better
options for Frederick County... |
